Lots of room, great surroundings and 7 minute walk to the best restaurants in Phuket. The pool was great for the kids to swim in , nice garden area and room space was enough for all 6 of us . Richard was proactive in reaching out to us, responding to requests, providing instructions and recommendations for our stay. The villa felt secluded and the housekeeper, Meena, was helpful. Meena helped to arrange a Thai chef to host a dinner in the villa, which was a highlight of the trip. The location was unbeatable - most places were within walking distance or a short car ride away, which was convenient as we travelled with a toddler. The villa is a great design with a beautiful pool and outdoor area which was perfect for the family. Location was great and close to Bangtao Beach and others like Banana Beach and Nai Thon a short drive away. Meena was super helpful and friendly. Meena, the house keeper came in 6 days a week and could not have been more helpful, excellent with the children, cooked cleaned and went to the market for us, as well doing all the laundry and being a very helpful authority on Phuket. Check in/out was smooth and easy and owner Richard could not have been more helpful and prompt with answers to any queries. Convenient location, better than obyavleniy. There is a maid who maintains cleanliness and order. In the vicinity of many beautiful restaurants and shops. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday.Posted onVerified I think this is the first time I have even felt the inclination to write a review. The property was fantastic and the area perfect. Meena the Maid is delightful, I need to mention that I don't think we have ever had our clothes looked after so well, they were washed, dried, ironed and folded like a origami expert. She was very helpful with everything. Richard who we didn't see made sure we had all the relevant information and did keep in contact to make sure everything was ok. if you are going to Phuket the house and the area is perfect. 30 mins for patong, 30 mins from Phuket town and the local beach is great. the local supermarket is pricey as are some of the nearby restaurants but the quality is good. Try little paris restaurant which is 5 min walk. Meena can sort a hire car for you and they are willing to negotiate as are the local scooter hire.one last thing there is elephant sanctuary 15 minutes away, it was of the greatest experiences I have had on holiday so don't miss that.
EXCELLENTVerified Great villa near Boat Avenue and Bang Tao beach This is an absolutely great villa with 4 bedrooms and private pool. The housekeeper keeps everything in top shape and was happy to arrange a house-cooked meal for us with prior day notice. It is only a short walk to Boat Avenue where there are many cafes and restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket. Short walk in the other direction to Bang Tao beach where there are numerous places for drinks, meals and massage. Nothing beats a relaxed drink at the beach watching the sun set. With good WiFi available at the villa i was able to keep in touch with the office and work remotely too. We had a family of 8 of us arriving from 4 different countries and needed a comfortable place to spend time together and this villa had it all and more! The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. Each room had a separate attached bathroom. The living room and common areas were well furnished and comfortable and Meena (the maid) was a fabulous help! The apartment is furnished Thai style with loads of space for guests. It eels really tranquil, but speakers throughout the house the and garden. Laguna is a five minute walk with some great restaurants and bars. It is well equipped, with TV and nice kitchen and the beds have nice linen which help to make the stay feel extra special. The pool was great to relax in after a day of half marathon followed by a brunch. Very comfortable with plenty of space and a maid who couldn't do more for guests. The pool and gardens are kept in perfect order, with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor living space. Bang Tao beach is walkable (or a 5 minute drive), and all the restaurants and nightlife in the Laguna area are a short stroll away. Excellent.Posted onVerified Perfect place to stay in Phuket for a family This lush and tranquil villa is in a premier location - walking distance from the Laguna area restaurants, shops, and bars. Another plus is that this villa is in a secure gated compound, and comes with a maid service. It was the perfect location to relax and unwind. The villa was immaculate and had every amenity you need in a 'home away from home'. Included was a full kitchen, garden room, outside bar and a massage room!! Our family of five had one of the best times sitting around the beautiful pool and having the 'grown up' kids play like children. This is a fantastic place to stay for both groups of friends and also families.Posted onVerified Perfect Family Holiday Villa The villa is perfect for 4 small family, as all room comes with an ensuite bathroom. We are a family of total 7 Adults + 5 small children, thus the 4 bedroom fits our family perfectly. The master bedroom is huge and comes with a Kingbed & sofa bed. 2 Bedroom comes with a double bed. 1 Bedroom comes with 2 single beds. Villa comes with a house helper which is super helpful and friendly. She makes our stay in the villa very comfortable and accommodating. Owner is very thoughtful to provide different types of board games and Netflix. Swimming pool is obviously the main attractions with all the kids spending almost 2-3hours daily inside. Any complaints on the villa can be directly addressed to the helper. She will resolved your problems almost immediately sending technicians and etc. Villa is very well-maintained and clean. We couldn't find any faults in the villa. Location wise- Its located near to the Laguna area where all the restaurants are. Will need some mode of transportation to get to the beach. Outside the villa, there are some restaurants and supermarket. Communication with owner before and after booking is hassle-free. Richard is super responsive and very helpful. Overall, my family really enjoyed our stay in this villa. We will definitely comed back again.
